Location Nampa, ID Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is recruiting for an
** Office Assistant
** at our Nampa clinic. We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley, providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services, along with behavioral and developmental support.

* Responsibilities include:

*** Organizing, updating and maintaining client information.
* Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting clients and prospective clients and reminding them of upcoming appointments.
* Scheduling appointments.
* Liaise and coordinate with providers about schedules, clients and any changes.
* Receiving and responding to requests from internal and external sources.
* Assist department with other clerical tasks as assigned.
