Job Overview

The Distribution Center Clerk is responsible for answering phone calls, updating and organizing various shipping paperwork, generating shipping reports, and keeping the office in good working order. Duties include checking drivers in and out, running BOLs, and UPS data entry.

• High School Diploma or completion of GED preferred but not required.

• Clerical Experience.
• General Computer Experience.
• Knowledge in Excel.

• Oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to work with and be part of a team.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability and willingness to adhere to attendance requirements, including regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe work.
