We are looking for a Project Assistant to support construction-related work through strong coordination, scheduling, and document control. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep project activities organized, maintain clear timelines, and help teams stay aligned on priorities. The role requires an organized individual who is comfortable handling administrative project tasks while contributing to smooth day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities by tracking progress, updating schedules, and helping teams stay on target with key deadlines.
• Support construction project operations through organized follow-up, status reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update master schedules to reflect shifting priorities, milestone changes, and current project timelines.
• Assist with project management tasks such as preparing documentation, organizing records, and monitoring action items.
• Scan, file, and manage project documents to ensure records are accurate, accessible, and properly maintained.
• Help identify scheduling conflicts or delays and communicate updates so issues can be addressed promptly.
