Five Star is hiring customer service agents in Nampa, Idaho, to support J.W. Pepper, the largest US sheet music retailer. As a customer service agent, you'll help bands and choirs build upcoming concerts, assisting them via phone, email, and chat.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, technical savvy, and at least one year of customer service experience. Starting pay is $14/hr, with shifts from 7:00am-4:00pm MST, and paid training lasting three weeks.
