Job SummaryYou have the ability to make a day-1 impact in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing team. You are eager to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, development, and product management. Your actions and behaviors will provide the service blueprint - setting the bar high for customer success.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and operate with a degree of scrappiness to ensure things don't fall through the cracks and, at the end of the day, get the job done.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to inbound customer contacts, solving customer escalations via phone, email, chat and other modes of communication
- Fulfill daily customer orders with attention to detail
- Process returns and customer cancellations and maintain positive control of inventory
- Work independently on projects and be comfortable working in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
- Conduct audits and other duties as needed to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services - while being capable and willing to train customers and provide support when challenges arise
- Provide detailed summaries to team members and internal stakeholders in effort to contribute to 360-degree awareness of customer sentiments and expectations
- Be a self-starter and have a proactive approach to work
- Communicating and coordinating with internal colleagues by phone, email, and team collaboration tools (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Slack)

- 2-3 years of previous customer/client services experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM Software, and Teams/Slack/similar collaboration platform
- Enthusiasm around working in an ambiguous environment
- A passion for process improvement and critical problem solving; have a knack for conducting root cause analysis
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and exercise sound judgment amidst uncertainty
- A strong track record working in team environments and known for high performance
- Experience developing knowledge articles to support customer self-service
- Transportation, freight brokerage, or other logistics industry experience
- Experience working with a Tech company or startup
- Bachelor's or Associate degree
This role will have some flexibility, but will primarily be in-person, reporting to our office in Meridian,
