Symbiotic Services is seeking a BIM Factory Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate BIM models and shop drawings that support factory production in our modular housing initiatives. This on-site role runs on a 3-day rotation (Fri–Sun), 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week, with opportunities for training and process improvements.
Candidates should have 2+ years of Revit and 3D modeling experience, plus AutoCAD and Bluebeam proficiency, and strong collaboration across field
