We’re looking for an Education Coordinator to support children and adolescents receiving care across a multi-program campus environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with youth, building structure, and helping students stay on track academically during critical periods of their lives.
You’ll work across residential treatment, developmental services, and inpatient programs, helping create a consistent and supportive learning environment for students completing online coursework and daily assignments. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be actively guiding students, reinforcing routines, and collaborating with care teams to ensure educational continuity.
What you’ll be doing :- Provide daily academic support for students enrolled in online schooling and tutoring sessions
- Create structure and accountability around school schedules, coursework, and study time
- Work directly with youth to keep them engaged, focused, and progressing academically
- Coordinate with case managers, clinicians, school districts, and families to support individualized learning plans
- Track progress and help ensure continuity of education during transitions in care

- Strong exposure to interdisciplinary teams in a behavioral health environment
- Experience working with children or adolescents in education, residential, or social service settings
- Strong ability to build structure, routines, and positive accountability
- Comfortable working in environments that may involve behavioral or emotional challenges
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in education, behavioral science, social science, or a related field + at least 1 year of relevant experience
- OR 5+ years of experience working with youth in an educational or social service environment
Up to $25 an hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
