39 is partnering with vibrant, healthy churches seeking a Children’s Pastor who can lead with vision, creativity, and a shepherd’s heart.

This role is ideal for a leader who loves building teams, partnering with families, and creating engaging environments where kids feel known, loved, and excited to learn about God.

• Manages schedules, curriculum, communication, and ministry logistics
• Ensures safety, security, and excellence in every environment
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative church staff culture

• Lead and oversee all children’s ministry environments (birth–5th grade)
• Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer teams
• Implement engaging curriculum and weekend programming
• Partner with families through communication, events, and support
• Ensure safe, secure, and well-organized ministry operations
• Collaborate with church leadership to align with overall vision and strategy
• Plan and execute special events such as VBS, camps, and family experiences

• Demonstrated experience in children’s ministry or related leadership roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams with clarity, encouragement, and accountability
• Creative mindset with a passion for excellence in kids programming
• Alignment with the church’s mission, values, and theological beliefs
