In our Sustainable Melting Team we are developing and implementing technologies that are never heard of in stone wool production and even not in other heavy industries. This calls for ingenuity and curiosity along with a strong one-team culture and competent project execution to deliver return on investment on the ambitious projects.

* Within melting area you will be responsible for Medium Voltage scope in all phases of ongoing projects, from initial specifications and design to test, commissioning and after service
* Projects are related to conversion from fossil fuels to green electricity, and they involve extensive rebuilds on existing factories as well as building new factories
* You act in projects or manage project activities when others work on your behalf
* You take lead on design and provide sparring for programme- and factory management to deliver the optimum solutions
* You will strive to improve design and quality of solutions based on latest knowledge and by building strong supplier relations

You will travel up to 60 days per year, primarily within Europe. On longer journeys, you will typically be accompanied by several colleagues.##

What you bring:

You work systematically, carefully coordinating all tasks and partners to make the most of your time to solve the problem  communicate efficiently to international colleagues across all levels in the organisation, and your colleagues will come to know you as disciplined and focused and as someone who enjoys creating success through teamwork.

We expect you to hold a degree in engineering or other relevant background and to be well qualified within the following technical areas:
* SLD and MV distribution layout and specification
* Network analysis, SC / loadflow calc/ relay settings
* Transformer specifications
* Power conversion technology
* Control interfaces
* Installation logic, procedures and planning##
