Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Purpose Statement

Lead productivity and operational focused resources that ensure manufacturing layouts, capacity, and plant facilitation to enable execution to business and quality needs. Demonstrate a mastery of the interplay between human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis and production coordination. Drive the strategic planning and execution of overall strategy for Industrial Engineering

• Develop and oversee strategic plan for industrial engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality, and supply chain to drive integrated solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Oversee evaluation, planning, and execution of facility upgrades and process improvements using data-driven analysis and advanced Industrial Engineering techniques.
• Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Proficient in the use of industrial engineering tools, techniques, with experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills and management experience.
