We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and provide technical and operational leadership across the organization. This role will oversee engineering projects, develop engineering talent, maintain quality standards, and work closely with operations, project management, sales, and executive leadership.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
• Oversee engineering design, project execution, and technical deliverables.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and quality controls.
• Ensure projects meet customer requirements, schedules, budgets, and applicable codes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, sales, and field teams.
• Support estimating, proposals, design reviews, and customer needs.
• Manage engineering resources, workload, and department priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Participate in strategic planning and company growth initiatives.

• Professional Engineering License in the State of Idaho
• 10+ years of engineering experience with leadership or management experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D
• Strong technical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in civil engineering infrastructure, construction, or related industries preferred.
