**** Purpose Statement:
**** Support the controller in the management of the site finance team and the achievement of the organizational goals. Successor role to the controller.
**** Key Job Accountabilities:

* Challenge the status quo, identify areas for improvement, and understand the financial impact of these changes.

**** Education/Experience

Qualifications:

***** Bachelor’s Degree with5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered

Qualifications:

***** Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel is required.
* Experience with or expertise in financial systems is strongly preferred.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.
