Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans.
  • Hire, train, and mentor branch staff.
  • Drive sales of products and services to meet branch goals.
  • Serve as the primary lender for credit inquiries, underwriting consumer loans.
  • Represent and promote the credit union within the community; develop and implement branch promotions and community events.
  • Perform teller and member service representative duties when needed.
  • Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to the COO and Branch Operations Manager.
  • Attend trainings and relay necessary information to branch staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, training, hiring, and disciplinary actions to maintain adequate staffing.
  • Perform any other delegated duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in the banking/financial industry.
  • At least 2 years in lending and 2 years in management or leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and typical banking software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish – strongly preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background and credit check.
Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:

8:30 – 5:30, Monday–Friday.

Salary: $53,000–$65,000 annually, DOE.
