We are looking for a
Commercial Relationship Manager
with the desire to focus on acquiring new business in the Treasure Valley. A great opportunity for an outgoing individual to use their skills in calling on companies while learning and growing credit skills. Position can office in either our Nampa, e or downtown Boise, e. This is a rare opportunity to join an energetic and innovative group that supports traditional commercial and industrial lending nationwide.
We focus primarily on assisting businesses with various capital expenditure and working capital needs in the production, manufacturing, and service sectors of our footprint. As this team continues to grow, so will your skills and opportunities!
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans.
- Contributes to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.
- Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
- Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, and monitoring credit performance.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or other related field and 1 to 2 years credit associated lending or 4+ years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Demonstrate sales and calling skills.
- Knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis and/or lending.
- Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
- Familiarity of sales, loan processing and closing processes.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
