Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role located in Nampa, CNA will provide hands-on personal care to patients, assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, and monitor patient conditions. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient records, offering emotional support to patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to ensure quality care aligned with each patient’s care plan.
Qualifications- Proficiency in providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with mobility
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, families, and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Idaho
- knowledge of basic healthcare principles
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing compassionate end-of-life care
- Previous hospice or palliative care experience is a plus
