Step Into a Role That Truly Matters

At Mana Resources, we believe real change happens through connection—and our Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS) providers are at the heart of that mission.

As a CBRS provider, you’re not just teaching life skills—you’re helping individuals rediscover their own strength, build resilience, and move toward a more empowered and independent life. Your work will directly support clients in practicing what they learn in therapy out in the real world, where it matters most.

Whether it's helping someone navigate daily routines, build communication skills, or find confidence in social settings, your role is vital to their journey.

About Mana Resources

Since 2008, Mana Resources has supported individuals and families through counseling, CBRS, case management, medication management, residential habilitation, peer support, and more. What started as a commitment to youth aging out of foster care has grown into a holistic community-centered approach rooted in healing, growth, and empowerment.

We believe in helping people discover their own mana—the unique strength and energy within—to lead fuller, more independent lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver skill-building services focused on behavioral, social, and daily living skills
  • Support clients in real-life practice of therapy tools—at home and in the community
  • Collaborate with other providers and participate in Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings
  • Adapt your approach to each client’s age, needs, and individualized treatment goals
  • Be a consistent, supportive presence for clients working toward change
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Services field preferred)
  • Ability to pass an IDHW background check
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance & registration
  • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged!
Why Join Mana?
  • Supportive, purpose-driven team
  • Flexible scheduling that works with your life
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • A workplace that values growth—we promote from within
  • A culture that celebrates heart, humanity, and showing up for others

If you're looking for meaningful part-time work that makes a real impact, and you're ready to bring compassion, consistency, and commitment to the table—we want to meet you.

Apply today aohana.org and help us change lives—one client at a time.
