Your work will directly support clients in practicing what they learn in therapy out in the real world, where it matters most.

Whether it's helping someone navigate daily routines, build communication skills, or find confidence in social settings, your role is vital to their journey.

Since 2008, Mana Resources has supported individuals and families through counseling, CBRS, case management, medication management, residential habilitation, peer support, and more. What started as a commitment to youth aging out of foster care has grown into a holistic community-centered approach rooted in healing, growth, and empowerment.

• Deliver skill-building services focused on behavioral, social, and daily living skills
• Support clients in real-life practice of therapy tools—at home and in the community
• Collaborate with other providers and participate in Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings
• Adapt your approach to each client’s age, needs, and individualized treatment goals
• Be a consistent, supportive presence for clients working toward change

• Bachelor’s degree (Human Services field preferred)
• Ability to pass an IDHW background check
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance & registration
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
• Bilingual applicants encouraged!
