As a Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing the preparation and presentation of dishes, and collaborating with other chefs to maintain high culinary standards.

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel, preferably handling banquet and event operations.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume food production while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen and banquet teams.
• Creative and detail-oriented.
