The Catering Supervisor supports the Catering Manager in the planning and execution of catering operations and assists with concessions as needed. This position is responsible for administrative support, event setup and tear‑down, staff supervision, client relations, and on‑site event execution. The Catering Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership during assigned events, including directing and training staff, coordinating service and event logistics, maintaining company standards, and addressing operational needs.

Employee performance concerns are communicated to the Catering Manager, who retains responsibility for formal employment actions. This position requires excellent communication, organization, leadership, and customer service skills, along with strong computer and POS aptitude. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work a flexible, event‑driven schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This role pays an hourly rate of $26.00 - $31.00.

• Assists the Catering Manager with the overall management and execution of catering operations and supports concession operations as needed.
• Assists with the coordination and execution of catered events from initial setup through event completion and tear‑down.
• Reviews event details, BEOs, timelines, room setups, staffing needs, and service expectations to ensure successful event execution.
• Serves as an on‑site point of contact for clients during assigned events, providing professional communication and addressing event needs or changes.
• Provides guidance, supervision, training, and mentoring to hourly catering and event staff.
• Supervises and leads event staff in setup, service, breakdown, and proper storage of catering equipment and supplies.
