Barrier Pest Control is one of the leading providers of pest control in Nampa,  , serving well-known neighborhoods such as Copper River Basin, Brookdale Estates, Franklin Village, Meriwether Park, and Southern Ridge, as well as surrounding communities across the Treasure Valley.

This hybrid role combines field service, customer support, and education. You’ll assist homeowners, diagnose pest concerns, perform treatments, and recommend recurring service plans.

Customer Service & Local Sales

• Educate homeowners on treatment options and seasonal services
• Provide quotes and secure new service agreements
• Offer seasonal add-ons (winter rodent treatment, mosquito services, Christmas lights)
• Deliver professional, friendly customer interaction

Technical Service

• Perform pest control treatments across the Treasure Valley, including treating common household pests such as ants and spiders
• Inspect homes for pest activity, webbing, nesting areas, and entry points where ants or spiders can access living spaces
• Use company equipment, protective gear, and approved treatment materials safely and professionally
• Maintain accurate visit notes, chemical records, and follow-up instructions in the CRM system
• Keep the company service vehicle organized, stocked, and professionally branded while traveling through Nampa neighborhoods and nearby communities
• Communicate route needs and customer feedback
• Attend ongoing training and licensing prep
• Support local community events when needed

• Strong communication and customer interaction skills
• Motivated to earn commissions through no-pressure sales
• Ability to work independently and manage a structured route
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to bend, lift, kneel, and climb ladders (up to 50 lbs)
• Willing to earn Idaho pest control licenses (we pay for it)
• Experience in sales or pest control is helpful, but not required.
