Job Description- Assist with equipment preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements:
- Kitchen
- HVAC
- Laundry equipment
- Grounds maintenance equipment
- Plumbing
- Painting
- Electrical
- Flooring maintenance
- Inspect equipment and systems for proper function and safety
- Handle incoming and outgoing freight, lift/move heavy furniture and equipment
- Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits

- Six months prior commercial/industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Some commercial flooring maintenance experience preferred
- Use reasoning skills and good judgment

- Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, safety, and sanitation
