Description

Do you want to be part of a winning, growing, and innovative company? Flex Xray is looking for Line Leads in the Nampa area.

The Senior Line Lead leads and monitors the progress of products being inspected on the assigned line, ensuring quality standards are met in alignment with continued customer satisfaction. Assisting the Plant Manager/Supervisor, including but not limited to the following duties below:

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Line rotations as needed.
  • Review the line instruction sheet for each project and communicate the run rules to their team before starting a project.
  • Before beginning any project verify that equipment is clean and free of defects.
  • Inspect equipment to ensure it meets the specifications for each project.
  • Set up inspection equipment prior to running a project.
  • Verify the labels and quantities of each pallet.
  • Fill out all documentation required for each project.
  • Safety – Ensure all employees are following Flex Xray standards.
  • Seed Checks – checking operators frequently and coaching, escalating as needed.
  • Ensuring Seed Checks are completed timely to Flex Xray standard.
  • Temperature Monitoring – ensuring temperature monitoring is done consistently and correctly.
  • Housekeeping and Working Conditions – owns the work area, escalates issues, maintains good control of tools/utensils/seeds/etc.
  • Provide appropriate information to the plant leadership before, during, and after each project. Other duties assigned by the Plant Manager and Plant Supervisor.

  • High School Diploma

  • Bilingual English & Spanish (Preferred)
