Perform framing and general construction tasks in an off-site volumetric modular factory environment.;
Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively to complete daily production activities.;
Read and interpret tape measurements accurately down to 1/16 of an inch to ensure precise construction and assembly.;
Follow established production processes, instructions, and strategies to maintain a stable production phase and high up-time of factory machinery.;
Support the operation of automated equipment and robots by preparing materials, staging components, and completing manual tasks that complement automated workflows.
