Salary Range: $45,300.00 - $67,900.00. Sign‑on bonus: $1,000.

Work Shift: This position will support the B shift which is every other Saturday from 6pm - 6am and every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6pm - 6am. The shift for this position is eligible for a 10% shift differential.

Higher Level Assembly Technician assesses, implements, and maintains manufacturing procedures for intricate assembly processes. As a key technical advocate within the Focus Factory Team, they utilize their skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety improvements in Plexus's assembly operations.

• Develops and executes manufacturing solutions, providing high‑quality, cost‑appropriate services that satisfy customer requirements while establishing a technical specialty and applying process improvement or troubleshooting as needed.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, processes or production as needed.
• Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements & specifications, cross‑discipline or supplier coordination.
• Executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes, providing support to direct production line operators.
• Has a comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation.

• Associate's Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• 3 years of experience in assembly manufacturing is preferred.
