Work Shift

This position will support our D shift, which is every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday night from 6pm – 6am and every other Saturday night from 6pm – 6am. The shift is eligible for a 10% shift differential.

Purpose Statement

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of Plexus's production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, we strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high‑quality, cost‑appropriate, and satisfy the customer’s requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and applying process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
  • Demonstrate an intermediate, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes, product requirements & specifications, cross‑discipline or supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
  • Successfully execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus’ manufacturing processes and provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
  • Possess comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
  • 2 years of experience with liquid solder machinery is preferred.

Salary Range

$48,500.00 – $72,700.00
