Operate heavy equipment such as asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, loaders, and other paving equipment;
Ensure proper placement, compaction, and finishing of asphalt materials according to specifications;
Work closely with crew members to maintain proper grade, slope, and surface quality;
Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and routine maintenance;
Adjust equipment controls to regulate material flow, compaction pressure, and machine speed
