Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Annually
What You’ll Do- Cut and install plywood for floors, walls, and doors
- Install aluminum sheets, trim, fenders, tapes, caulking, and decals
- Wire trailers and hook up/test lighting
- Prep, grind, clean, paint, and undercoat trailers
- Operate hand tools, saws, grinders, torches, spray equipment, and other production tools
- Move trailers using shop equipment (Kubota/hoist as needed)
- Maintain quality standards and meet production goals
- Keep work areas clean and safe
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Experience with hand tools and power tools (manufacturing experience preferred)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Commitment to consistently work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Commitment to safety
Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, welding, grinding, paint fumes, and varying temperatures. PPE required.
