Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

The Dump/Utility Level 1 is responsible for cutting and installing decking lumber for trailer floors according to production specifications. This role also includes cleaning and prepping the trailer to ensure durability and compliance with quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, safe use of tools and equipment, and adherence to production schedules.

• Cut and install lumber for trailer floors.
• Adhere to high‑quality and control standards.
• Pull trailers to the decking area using a Kubota in order of production schedule.
• Cross‑train in other production roles to support the team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow all safety rules.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Experience with tools such as drywall screw gun, table saw, jig saw, miter saw, and general hand tools.
• Operate a paint spray gun.
• Wear a respirator mask.
• Drive a Kubota and operate a hoist.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.

• Lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds at times.
• Stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing area for extended periods.
• Bend at the waist, kneel, squat, walk, climb ladders/scaffolding, stoop, push, pull, or carry materials.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Work in hot or cold environments.
• Work in indoor or outdoor environments.
• May be exposed to welding, grinding, paint fumes, and machinery noise.
