Purpose StatementThis role is responsible for maintaining equipment, validating processes, managing technical communication for products, designing and optimizing new product processes, and overseeing assigned manufacturing processes while adhering to quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Key Job Accountabilities- Develop manufacturing solutions and provide high‑quality, cost‑appropriate services that satisfy customer requirements; establish an area of technical specialty and mentor others in the discipline.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification.
- Demonstrate expertise across multiple phases/processes of the full Plexus manufacturing process and product requirements & specifications as they apply to the role.
- Work independently within at least one manufacturing phase/process without direction from mentors or functional management.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills; experience with statistical process control software
- Proactive and basic cross‑discipline development knowledge
- Understanding of structured design
- Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers
- Lab tool/test/measurement equipment experience preferred
$73,800.00 – $ (annual)
