This position is for our B shift which is Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.There is a $2 differential for this shift.

Job Summary:

As Bertocchi Operator  forMaterne

North America,you willbe responsible forthe operation of machinery on ourhigh-speedproduction and food processing lines.

Job Duties:

Operate high-speed manufacturing equipment through touchscreen/HMI

Read schematics and diagrams tomonitormachine activity (flow, machine status, temperature settings, levelindication)

Inspect product as it moves through manufacturing process for quality

Conduct sample testing and record data (viscosity,ph, titrations, bricks, etc.)

Operate industrial carts, power hand carts,andforklifts

Perform troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment

Clean work area and sanitizeequipment

Complete daily paperwork and reports

Perform and complete sensorytesting

Utilize company operating systems and digital tools, includingPOKA,Fabriq,Digi Docs, and similar platforms, to support production, documentation, and operational communication.

Must work a minimum of 12hours

Demonstrate the Company’s values and winning behaviors while adhering to all company policies and practices, including safety and environmental protocols, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

High school diploma orGEDpreferred. Technical/trade school preferred.

Experience working in amanufacturing environment isstronglypreferred.

Previous experience working in the food industry is preferred.

Skills/

Qualifications:

Demonstrated high attention to detailand commitment to quality in all aspects of job performance.

Ability to communicate (verbal, read, write) effectively in English

Computer skills (data entry & experience with an ERP system in a production environment preferred)

Mechanical aptitude

Basic math skills, includingcompetency with weights and measures (must be able to take/record measurements and understand tare weight)

Ability to be resourceful andidentifycreative solutions to complex challenges.

Must be self-driven andmaintainhigh expectations for personal performance.

Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Physical Requirements:

Must be ableworkin normal office conditions andin the manufacturing plant, which includes wearing safety shoes, hairnet, smock, earplugsand safety glasses.

Must be able to work
12hours per day and be on his/her feet for extended periods of time.

Must be able tolift upto 40 lbs. occasionally.
