Job Title
To empower efficient and accurate production at Plexus by creating and maintaining clear, concise, and up-to-date assembly instructions. Through collaboration with various teams and continuous learning, strive to ensure the standardization and clarity of documentation, contributing to the production of high-quality products and the success of Plexus.
Key Job Accountabilities- Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
- Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
- Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
- Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
- Associate's Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
- This is an hourly position on day shift. Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.
