Lactalis American Group in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Recook Operator I to rework cheese that wasn’t packaged, transfer cheese to a shredder, and process it through the DMC system. You will follow SOPs and monitor quality to support efficient production.
Applicants should have a high school diploma; food-manufacturing experience is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 40 lb, stand for the shift, and follow food-safety rules, ISO
22000/ISO
9001/HACCP requirements.
