Aerotek is hiring a Construction Laborer for the weekend shift at its Nampa, . Work indoors on off-site volumetric modular construction, using hand and power tools to support production in a fast-paced, automated environment.
You will operate tools, measure materials, and help maintain a steady production flow while collaborating with teammates to implement improvements and ensure safety and quality standards. Physical work includes lifting 50+ pounds and standing for long periods.
