Fit-Up Production Technician

Discover your exciting role We are seeking a motivated Fit-Up Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and assemble components with precision and efficiency to support our high-tech production processes. Your mechanical knowledge, hands‑on skills with tools, and experience in factory environments will drive the success of our assembly line operations.

• Assemble and fit tubing, piping, and valves according to drawings, prints, and work instructions.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Measure materials and components using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools
• Interpret measurements in both fractional and decimal formats.
• Safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Support cross-training efforts and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and how to safely use them.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or automotive-related industries a plus
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week, including weekends, as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling throughout the shift.
