Production Technician Job Nampa area,Idaho USA,Manufacturing / Production

Position: Production Technician 2

Set up and operate intermediate-level manufacturing equipment according to specifications and safety standards
Handle intermediate-level production tasks and issues while meeting quality and process standards
Perform basic daily and weekly appraisal and rudimentary maintenance of equipment and tools
Execute new Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
Troubleshoot complex technical problems to root cause and propose feasible solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams on decisions, technology integration, and manufacturing programs
Support continuous improvement and optimize production processes for operational efficiency
Maintain accurate records and adhere to protocols
Lead projects or sub-projects and coordinate on-time delivery
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians

Requirements

Intermediate-level technical proficiency in manufacturing processes
In-depth knowledge of electronics processes and assembly
Ability to interpret technical documentation
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems to root cause
Ability to operate intermediate-level manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry standards
Ability to support electronic manufacturing processes
U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled information or items: U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or certain protected asylees/refugees
Proactive approach, commitment to continuous learning, and teamwork
