Full-Time Monday - Thursday 5:30 am to 4:00 pm

Pay: $16/hr. to start

Adecco is currently hiring for an Electronics Assembler in Nampa,  is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Previous SMT experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train mechanically inclined individuals with general assembly or manufacturing experience.

• Operate and monitor SMT pick-and-place equipment to support production goals.
• Keep production machines running efficiently by loading materials as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of circuit boards identify defects.
• Follow detailed work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support production flow by maintaining adequate inventory of parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to reach daily production goals.
• Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience preferred, not required
• SMT experience is a plus but not required.

$16.00 per hour
