Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Adecco is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a growing electronics manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electronics assembly experience who enjoy hands‑on work building high‑quality products used in demanding industries. Location: Nampa,
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hour + DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Assemble electronic and electro‑mechanical products from component parts and subassemblies.
- Perform surface mount and through‑hole soldering on printed circuit boards.
- Build and route wire harnesses, cables, and electrical assemblies.
- Fabricate, test, and troubleshoot electronic components and cable assemblies.
- Assemble, inspect, and integrate electrical and mechanical systems.
- Install, align, and secure components using hand tools and small power tools.
- Read and follow assembly instructions, schematics, drawings, and work orders.
- Operate assembly equipment used for positioning, soldering, and cleaning electronic components.
- Label finished products and complete required production documentation.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet customer and quality specifications.
- 3+ years of electronics assembly experience
- IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001 certification preferred.
- Experience using soldering irons, microscopes, multimeters, screw guns, and other assembly tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly instructions, and work orders.
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Ability to identify electronic components and troubleshoot routine assembly issues.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
