Location: Nampa,

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | B-Shift 3:30pm- midnight but training (1-2 weeks) is on Day A shift

Adecco is currently seeking an Equipment Services Technician I to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Nampa, Idaho. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment used in electronic assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to support production in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain SMT, Thru-Hole, Conformal Coat, process, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment inspections to maximize uptime and production efficiency.
• Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Support engineering teams with process development, testing, and design experiments.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and project updates accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide clear written and verbal shift pass-down communication.
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and powered pallet jacks when required.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.

• 3+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery
• Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Flexibility to work either day or night shift.
• Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or related field preferred, not required.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
