Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, seeking an HTST Operator to prepare raw milk for cheese production. You will pasteurize, standardize, and condense milk, monitor flow through equipment, and adjust factors like milk solids and temperature to produce the desired cheese profiles.
Role includes a Monday–Wednesday schedule with every other Sunday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, starting wage of $25.86/hour plus two raises within the first year and a shift differential.
