Position Summary & Highlights
We are looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) for our Ortho Medical/Surgical Unit in Nampa. This 36‑bed unit treats patients with Medical, Surgical, and Orthopedic needs, including wound care and minor trauma cases.

Shift12 Hour Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, rotating weekends, three times per week.
DescriptionThe unit operates under the Together Care Team Model, which includes Virtual RNs, bedside RNs, and CNAs. This collaborative structure enhances patient care and offers opportunities for professional growth into specialties such as Emergency Room and Critical Care.
Self ScheduleFull Time Days, three 12‑hour shifts per week. 7 to 7. Rotating weekends.
What You Will Do- Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team in the ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients and families.
- Utilize resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being.
- In addition to providing hands‑on nursing care, work in a broad range of capacities including, but not limited to, delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, and teaching of the patient and the patient’s family.
- Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
- Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
- At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS.)
