Required Skills
- Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and current license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (considering candidates with at least 6 months if highly qualified)
- Proficiency in supervising anesthesia in various clinical settings, including GYN, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, interventional radiology, MRI
- Ability to perform spinal blocks, arterial lines, and manage Level II trauma cases
- Comfortable working within supervision-based anesthesia models (maximum 4:1 ratio)
- Proficient in EPIC EMR platform
- DEA and CSR licenses in good standing
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
- Experience with arterial line placement (not a requirement)
- Ability to adapt to a multi-disciplinary hospital environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work at both Boise and Nampa locations as needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing with advanced anesthesia training
- At least 1 year of clinical CRNA experience in a hospital setting
- Credentialing completed within 30-45 days; experience with credentialing processes is a plus
- Willing to work full-time, including holiday coverage (Christmas required)
- Flexible schedule supporting shifts that vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities after 40 hours in Boise and after 50 hours in Nampa
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, predominantly over 12 years of age
- Must pass background checks and credentialing process
