Registered Nurse

A residential treatment facility in Idaho is currently seeking a full-time, permanent hire Registered Nurse (RN) to join their healthcare team.

Flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available
Pay: $50/hour

• Conduct health assessments and monitor clients’ physical and mental health
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans
• Document client conditions and communicate updates with care teams
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
• Support and guide Direct Care Staff with clinical oversight and training
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies

  10am–10pm, 11am–11pm, or 12am–12pm

• Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state licensure required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in residential care, developmental disabilities, long-term care, or institutional healthcare preferred
• Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare teams preferred
  
  Knowledge of medication management, infection control, and nursing standards preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
