One of our Partners in Idaho is seeking CRNAs for a long-term locum assignment beginning August 2026. This opportunity offers diverse case exposure, flexible daily shift structures, and additional earning potential through call coverage in a well-supported anesthesia department utilizing a collaborative supervision model.

• Full‑time locum CRNA coverage 40 scheduled hours weekly
• Additional 24‑hour and 16‑hour coverage shifts required
• 1 weekend call shift per month
• 2 weeknight call shifts per month
• Broad surgical case mix
• No OB, open heart, burns, transplants, or sick pediatrics
• Supervision model with max 4:1 ratio
• Epic EMR
• Scrubs provided
• Open to licensing
• Provider compensation ranks in the Top 10‑15% nationally for CRNA locums based on 2026 market data

• Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties
• Participate in supervised anesthesia care model
• Manage Level II trauma anesthesia cases
• Perform spinal anesthesia
• Occasionally place arterial lines
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Document cases within Epic EMR
• Participate in required call coverage
