What You'll Do- Provide hands‑on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered

- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams on individualized care plans
- Communicate updates with residents, families, and team members
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and overall well‑being
- Active RN license in good standing (Idaho)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
- Clear, professional communication
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting
- Compassionate, patient‑centered approach
- Willingness to follow state and federal long‑term care regulations
