• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents' comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Track food and fluid intake/output as needed
• Follow dietary guidelines, preferences, and restrictions
• Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans

• Current CNA certification (Idaho)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately
• Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality care
• Willingness to learn and follow state and federal long-term care regulations
