Position Summary & Highlights

We are looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) for our Ortho Medical/Surgical Unit in Nampa. The unit has 36 beds and treats patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, and orthopedic conditions, including wound care and minor trauma. This is a part‑time night shift position: two 12‑hour shifts per week (7AM–7PM) with rotating weekends. The unit operates under the Together Care Team Model, which includes Virtual RNs, bedside RNs, and CNAs to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

• Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team in assessing, planning, and treating patients and families.
• Use resources wisely while promoting physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being.
• Delegate, assess, plan care, and teach patients and their families.

• Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
• Multistate license holders must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required at hire (ACLS and/or PALS acceptable in lieu of BLS).
