RN- ENT Clinic

Overview

We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse for our ENT Clinic located in Nampa, Idaho. There is a possibility of needing some cross coverage to Boise on occasion, but it is based in Nampa with outreach to Caldwell.

As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RNs are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

Schedule:

M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

• Provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers; promote a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness.
• Administer medications and maintain a safe nursing area.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs.
• Serve as a mentor to clinical staff and maintain accurate documentation.
• Preserve the confidentiality of patient information.

• Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• General Requirements: Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• License/Certification: Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date. Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting. Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
