Assistant Clinical Lead, RN Nampa Orthopedics Clinic

Description: Our Nampa Orthopedics Clinic is looking for an efficient and energetic Assistant Clinical Lead - RN to join their team in providing top‑notch care for a broad patient population.

Provide direct patient care and support providers. Assist the Practice Nurse Lead and Practice Manager in coordinating all back‑office staff and act as liaison among support staff, physicians, and clinic managers/administrators. Facilitate routine staff meetings, scheduling, competencies, and staff education. Support the Practice Nurse Lead with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA, and state radiological safety standards as well as other local, state, and federal regulations.

Provide clinical leadership and support at the clinic location and throughout the network.

• Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.

• Must hold an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.
• Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
