Travel Labor & Delivery RN (Night Shift) – 13‑week assignment in Nampa, Idaho (83687). Seeking a skilled L&D Registered Nurse with recent obstetrics experience and current BLS to join a supportive, collaborative Maternal‑Newborn team. This travel nursing job offers hands‑on Labor & Delivery (L&D) practice in a modern Obstetrics unit. May 9, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12‑hour nights)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 – $2,100
- Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
- Active and unrestricted RN license (or eligible for State of Idaho licensure)
- Certification or demonstrated competency in Labor & Delivery nursing (L&D certification preferred)
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery or obstetrics nursing
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements, including health screenings and competency testing
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery and recovery, including fetal monitoring/EFM as applicable
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and follow medication safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on the childbirth process, postpartum care, and newborn care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care and neonatal stabilization as needed
