• Must have 3 years of L&D experience and mother‑baby experience (prefer 1 year).
• Preferred charge nurse or leadership experience.
• Clinical experience: attend deliveries, complete 1 hour newborn care, triage, circulate C/S, and provide postpartum couplet care; experience with magnesium.
• Certifications:
  
  NPR, BLS, ACLS, STABLE.
• Skills:
  
  titrate drips (Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin), stabilize patients, perform physical assessments within the first two hours, and serve as a second sign‑off on medications.
• Licensure: valid license to submit.
• Ability to work as a first‑time traveler.
