Cross Med Healthcare is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our travel nursing team in Meridian, Idaho. The assignment starts on July 27, 2026 and lasts 13 weeks, operating day shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain physical stamina for patient monitoring and equipment handling, including lift and move tasks up to 100 lbs.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary health team members.
  • Coordinate patient care, monitoring responses to interventions and reporting observations.
  • Administer medications as ordered, documenting all actions appropriately.
  • Evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures according to unit protocols.
  • Participate in on‑call duties, responding within 30 minutes when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Transport patients as needed within the facility.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by clinical leadership.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred; minimum of 1 year acceptable.
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Required certifications per facility (e.g., BLS, ACLS, telemetry) as applicable.
  • Physical ability to remain stationary, lift, push, pull, bend, and maneuver equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse staff.
  • Capability to monitor patients and report outcomes effectively.
  • Adherence to medication administration protocols and documentation.
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent situations with a quick turnaround.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Capacity for independent work with occasional supervision.
